Anne who played Vimbai Jari in the soapie that aired on ZBC TV from 2002-2007 was now based in South Africa. It is believed that Anne succumbed to injuries sustained from a mugging recently. She becomes the 7th person from the production who has passed to date sadly joining Charmaine Mangwende (Mai Huni), Nevernay Chinyanga (Muvengwa), Pretty Xaba (Mai Muvengwa), Benhilda Marume(Tamara), Godwin Mawuru (Producer).
Death
Legendary reggae singer, Neville O’Riley Livingston, otherwise known as Bunny Wailer has died.
The entire creative and media community was last week plunged into mourning following the death of veteran arts journalist Godwin Muzari.
